Cambridge Local First is pleased that Adriane Musgrave has agreed to serve as the Executive Director effective February 1, 2018. In 2017, Adriane ran for Cambridge City Council, earning the endorsement of leading housing and bike safety organizations for her commitment to smart, eco-friendly growth and safer roads for cyclists, pedestrians, and drivers. Prior to running for City Council, Adriane worked as a strategy consultant to Global 1000 companies.
Adriane is a graduate of Boston University, where she received her MBA in business strategy and social entrepreneurship as well as her BA in international relations. Adriane is active on several nonprofit boards, including Interise, a 10-year old national nonprofit that provides executive education to established small business owners in low to moderate income districts. She is also actively involved with the Margaret Fuller Neighborhood House as well as The Philanthropy Connection, a local women’s giving circle. She lives in North Cambridge with her husband Brian.
