The story behind American StoneCraft Food Slabs, from Lowell Massachusetts, literally starts with farmers growing rocks. Really. There are more miles of stonewalls in New England than there are miles to the moon. American Stonecraft crafts a line of food slabs (fieldstone’s) that are hand-gathered at rocky New England farms. Each fieldstone’s farm provenance is labeled on the underside of each food slab so you can gift a part of NE to friends and family.

Family owned and operated, Big Spoon Roasters Nut Butters makes handcrafted nut butters from scratch in Durham, North Carolina. A lifelong peanut butter lover, Mark Overbay got his first lesson in handcrafted nut butters in 1999 while a member of the Peace Corps in Zimbabwe. When he couldn’t find the same fresh, amazing quality and taste upon returning home, he decided to create Big spoon with his wife Megan. Each small batch is roasted, milled, and packaged while still warm (yum!), creating nut butters that are uniquely fresh, delicious, nutritious.
