Cambridge Local First's daily operations are directed by a four-member volunteer Executive Committee of local business owners:

Michael Kanter, Treasurer (owner, Cambridge Naturals)
Frank Kramer, Co-chair (former owner, Harvard Book Store)
Rachael Solem, Co-chair (owner, Irving House and Harding House)
Policy decisions and overall mission direction are managed by a volunteer Steering Committee, which includes the members of the Executive Committee. Other members of the CLF Steering Committee are:
